Because we source our products from specialized warehouses located all around the globe, our fulfillment process works differently from traditional retailers. This allows us to offer high-quality wellness products at fair prices, but it also means we cannot operate a conventional return system. Packages sent back to our global warehouses without prior authorization may be refused, destroyed by freight forwarders, or lost in transit — and we cannot guarantee receipt or issue refunds for unauthorized returns.

For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the limited circumstances described below. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

We source our products from specialized warehouses located all around the globe. Please never initiate any returns to these warehouses on your own. Receipt cannot be guaranteed, and your package may be refused, destroyed by a freight forwarder, or lost in transit during the international return process. Because we cannot verify receipt of returned items, we are unable to issue refunds for unauthorized returns.

Our replacement-only policy ensures that if something genuinely goes wrong on our end, we make it right — without putting you through the frustration and uncertainty of an international return.

Implied Warranty of Merchantability: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the implied warranty of merchantability (U.C.C. § 2-314). Products sold in the United States must be fit for their ordinary purpose. If a product arrives broken, defective, or materially different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this posted policy. Our replacement program satisfies this obligation.

Nevada Consumer Protection: Under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 598, deceptive trade practices are prohibited. This policy is provided in good faith and accurately reflects our business operations. We stand behind our products with our replacement guarantee for legitimate defects and fulfillment errors.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage you to contact us at support@baronactive.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved directly within 3 business days. Unnecessary chargebacks delay resolution and may result in permanent account restrictions. Any disputes arising from this policy or your purchase shall first be addressed through direct communication with our support team.
